We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive, with an Agency background, that will be on-site with our client; sharing time between our office and theirs. The Account Executive is responsible for establishing strong client relationships and creatively helping them solve their strategic and visual communications problems.
Essential function of the position:
• Responsibilities
-Direct the execution of packaging graphics through all phases from initial concept to final artwork and pre-print production.
• Key Activities
-Collaborate with Brand on design objectives
-Lead the client review / approval process
-Interact with cross-functional groups to facilitate project management
-Oversee and monitor project financials
-Translate brand strategies and consumer insights into effective Creative Briefs
-Monitor and report back business measurable examples of Design’s impact.
-Fully understand brand foundations, creative positioning, brand ‘look & feel’.
-Develop and maintain robust relationships with the clients Marketing Dept. and cross functional members.
-Assist the marketing dept and provide information for brand planning, incorporate brand plans into work.
-Maintains good boss relationship and informs and advises to create a culture of cooperation, encourages and facilitates design integration, lively dialogs and even constructive disagreements on behalf of design and strategy.
-Share and celebrate both successes/failures that foster collective intelligence and continual improvement.
Requirements:
6-10 years experience in Account Service and Brand Development.
