Art Directors (Jr - Sr)

We are currently seeking Art Directors for all levels - Junior to Senior.

*An AD has the ability to design and develop visual creative, contribute extensively to concepting sessions and clearly communicate the clients’ marketing message.
* An AD must be well-versed in the principles of design, and working with illustration, photography, icons, typography and color theory must be second nature.
* An AD is expected to bring big ideas and distinctive creative solutions to the table, with an understanding of the brand, its marketing strategies, and the clients’ industry
* An AD is expected to work in tandem with a copywriter to develop copy that meets the marketing objectives and enhances the design message.
* An AD should feel comfortable presenting ideas and designs to teammates with clear rationale behind his or her design decisions.
* An AD needs to stay on top of creative software, current design trends and the influences of pop culture.

Requirements:
* Proficient in current CS3 Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark X-press, In-Design
* Usually requires a bachelor's degree, with 3 - 8 years of experience in the field.

Reports to: Creative Directors (per project) and Executive Creative Director
