Flash Developer

Motivation Technologies, based in St. Louis, MO, has an immediate need for a highly skilled Flash Developer with consumer facing interactive experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong AS3 developer with great attention to detail. He/she must be able to produce high-quality work bringing design concepts to life with motion and interactivity. We seek candidates who are passionate about their work and can thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

You will be working on new and existing Web applications for an international Fortune 50 client in a development team consist of Web developers as well as a creative team. Requirements:
• The #1 Priority is: Superior knowledge of Flash, Actionscript 2/3, Object Oriented Programming and XML.

• Basic knowledge of other Web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/.NET) and solid understanding of Flash Video Concepts.

• 2+ years working experience with Flash, Actionscript and Photoshop.

• Solid experience integrating Flash applications with server applications and databases using XML and Web services a plus, but not vital.

• e-Learning & SCORM experience a plus (maintenance and development of training materials).

• Candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent communication, organization and time management skills and high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients and projects a must.

Candidate should be located within reasonable driving distance of St. Louis, MO (Webster). You must be eligible to work in the United States and located in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
